These Subscription Terms officially define the subscription service rules, user rights, usage specifications and relevant provisions for the Sollune application. This document serves as the exclusive valid clause basis for all users to purchase and use Sollune paid subscription services. Any user who purchases, activates or uses the subscription service shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms stipulated in these Subscription Terms. These terms are supplementary to the official User Agreement and Privacy Policy of Sollune and shall be used in conjunction with the above two documents.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user’s local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the Sollune application does not collect any facial data from users in any form.
The subscription service of Sollune is a local premium functional right service launched for users, and all subscription service verification and right activation operations are completed locally on the user device. The whole subscription service process does not involve any collection of user personal information and facial feature content, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information during the activation, use and expiration of all subscription services.
Sollune provides users with diversified paid subscription service packages to offer more favorable service conditions and exclusive premium rights compared with ordinary free usage. All subscription rights take effect immediately after local activation and are only applicable to the local device where the user activates the subscription. The application enforces a local priority usage rule for subscription related rights and virtual coins, ensuring subscribed users can enjoy exclusive priority service experience in all core functional scenarios. All subscription service data and user right records are processed and stored locally, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information in the whole subscription service operation process.
Sollune sets four standard subscription packages for users to choose independently, including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi annual subscription and annual subscription. All subscription packages have fixed validity periods, and the service rights are only valid within the corresponding valid duration after user payment and local activation. The specific package specifications are as follows.
The weekly subscription package provides users with seven consecutive days of premium subscription service rights. All exclusive subscription functions and subscription coin usage qualifications are valid within the seven day valid period. After the validity period expires, all unclaimed subscription rights and unused subscription coins will automatically fail and cannot be accumulated or reused. All data generated during the weekly subscription period is stored locally, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information during the weekly subscription service.
The monthly subscription package provides users with thirty consecutive days of premium subscription service rights, with more favorable unit price and richer exclusive rights than weekly subscription. Users can use all subscription exclusive functions and subscription coins within the valid period. All service rights and subscription coin qualifications will automatically become invalid after the monthly subscription expires. All service data is processed locally on the user device, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information during the monthly subscription service.
The semi annual subscription package provides users with six consecutive months of premium subscription service rights, with a more preferential overall cost than short term subscription packages. Users can enjoy long term exclusive subscription rights and flexible subscription coin usage privileges during the valid period. All unused subscription coins and unexpired functional rights will completely fail when the semi annual subscription period ends. All subscription related operation records are stored locally, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information during the semi annual subscription service.
The annual subscription package provides users with twelve consecutive months of premium subscription service rights, which is the most cost effective subscription type of Sollune. Users can enjoy all full scale exclusive subscription rights and maximum subscription coin usage privileges throughout the year. All subscription privileges and unused subscription coins will automatically expire and become invalid after the annual subscription period ends without any residual validity. All subscription data is processed locally, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information during the annual subscription service.
Sollune implements the core rule of priority use of subscription coins for subscribed users. When users use premium functional services that require coin deduction, the system will automatically deduct valid subscription coins first before using other ordinary coins or free privileges. This priority deduction rule is automatically executed locally by the application without manual operation by users. All subscription coin deduction records are only stored in the local device, and All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user’s local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the Sollune application does not collect any facial data from users in any form.
All subscribed users can enjoy exclusive priority service support provided by Sollune. In terms of function use, experience optimization and local service response, subscribed users can obtain faster local operation response speed, higher definition portrait redrawing effect and more abundant mood journal exclusive templates compared with free users. All priority service performances are completed through local device operation and local resource calling, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information in the process of providing priority subscription services.
Subscription coins are exclusive virtual rights tokens for Sollune subscribed users, which can only be used to redeem and use the application’s local premium functional services. All subscription coins obtained by users are bound to the valid period of the corresponding subscription package. Users must use all subscription coins within the valid time of the current subscription period. Once the subscription period expires, all unused subscription coins will automatically fail completely and will not be retained, accumulated, renewed or compensated in any form. Users cannot transfer, gift or resell subscription coins to any other users, and all subscription coin usage behaviors are limited to local device use by the subscriber himself. All subscription coin usage data is processed locally, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information in the whole subscription coin usage and validity management process.
All subscription activation records, subscription package information, subscription coin balance and usage records of Sollune users are processed and stored locally on the user’s exclusive device. No subscription related data will be uploaded or transmitted to any external space. Users have full independent management rights over all subscription data. When users actively delete subscription related records or clear application local data, all corresponding subscription information will be completely and permanently deleted from the local device. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user’s local device, and all information will be permanently deleted when the user actively deletes the content in the application. Therefore, the Sollune application does not collect any facial data from users in any form.
When the user’s subscription package valid period expires automatically, all exclusive subscription rights, priority service qualifications and remaining subscription coins will terminate immediately and become invalid. The application will automatically switch back to the ordinary free service mode locally without affecting the user’s local existing mood journal content and portrait works. Users can choose to purchase a new subscription package again to reactivate premium rights after expiration. No subscription service data will be retained by any external channel, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information before, during and after the subscription service period.
The official team of Sollune reserves the right to appropriately adjust and update these Subscription Terms according to service optimization and package iteration needs. The updated terms will be displayed in the latest version of the application. The continued use of subscription services by users after the update is deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. All updated rules will always adhere to the local data processing principle and zero facial information collection rule, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information permanently.
