The Sollune application supports direct function access without user account registration and login. Users can experience all core functions of the application on local devices without providing any personal identity information. All functional services of the application are completed based on local device operation and local data processing. The main service content includes user independent mood content recording, local image import and atmospheric portrait style optimization creation. All service operations do not involve remote data transmission and external information acquisition, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information during all service execution processes.
Users shall use the Sollune application in a standardized and legal manner within the scope of application function authorization. Users bear full responsibility for all mood content edited, images imported and works generated during the use of the application. Users shall not use the application to create or spread inappropriate, offensive or unauthorized content. All operation rights of the Sollune application belong entirely to the user. All user data is only saved in the local storage space of the user’s exclusive device, and no data will be uploaded or synchronized to any external space. Users have the exclusive right to manage all local data. When users actively delete any content in the application, the corresponding data will be completely cleared from the local device without any residual data cache. The intellectual property rights of the Sollune application including program code, functional framework, interface design and functional mode belong to the official developer of the application. Users shall not conduct reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, secondary development or commercial use of the application program. The intellectual property of all portrait works and mood content created independently by users belongs to the users themselves, and the application does not occupy any user content rights. Meanwhile, the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information and will not use user related facial features and content for any rights operation.
The official team of Sollune will conduct regular optimization and maintenance of the application functions, including function iteration, experience optimization and bug repair. All maintenance and update operations follow the local processing mechanism of user data, and will not change the local storage attribute of user data. The update operation will not actively obtain any user local information or facial feature content. In all maintenance and iteration processes, the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information.
Users shall bear full responsibility for their own usage behaviors and generated content. Users shall ensure that the imported local images and created content have legal source and legitimate usage rights. The application is only responsible for providing local functional services, and does not bear any legal liability for user independent creation and independent operation behaviors. Since all data is stored locally by users themselves, users shall take the initiative to do a good job in local device data protection. All updated clauses will always adhere to the core rule of local user data processing and zero collection of user facial information, and the Sollune application does not collect any user facial information permanently.
